It may change, break, lose data, or be shut down and permanently deleted at any time, with or without notice. Please treat it accordingly: summaryfeed is a convenience for skimming the links you save, not a system of record or a backup. Keep your own copy of anything you would not want to lose, and do not rely on summaryfeed as the only place your links or other data are stored. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss of data or content, service unavailability, or discontinuation of the service.
summaryfeed attempts to fetch publicly available web pages and turn them into readable cards for personal review. We do not extract page content directly ourselves, but rely on third-party services (such as Jina AI) which we expect to respect the access controls and terms of the sites being summarized. We do not guarantee that every link can be processed. YouTube videos, PDFs, paywalled content, login-gated pages, and sites that rely heavily on JavaScript may return limited or no summary. In those cases we may store only the title, description, and any available preview image.
Summaries are produced automatically by AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading. They are provided as a quick first look only and are not a substitute for reading the original source, nor are they professional, financial, legal, medical, or any other kind of advice. Always verify against the original page before relying on anything in a summary. summaryfeed is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
summaryfeed is intended solely for people aged 16 or older. The service is not directed to children, and anyone under 16 is prohibited from accessing or using it. By using summaryfeed, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from or provide the service to anyone under 16, and we accept no responsibility or liability for any use by a person under that age. We reserve the right to refuse service and to suspend or terminate any account we believe belongs to someone under 16. If you believe a minor has used the service, contact us at support@summaryfeed.app and we will remove the account.

You are responsible for the links you save and for keeping access to your Google account secure. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account is abusing the service, attempting to bypass limits, violating these terms, or creating legal or security risk. You can delete your account and associated data from Settings.
